Allen Bowen, Born May 13, 1914 in N.Y.C. to Enos and Gertrude (Strong) Bowen passed away Monday February 22, after a brief illness at Columbia Memorial Hospital. Allen was a long time employee of COARC who especially enjoyed his retirement at COARC's Dove Hall. He leaves behind many friends at COARC and special friends Eleen and Hebron Hazel. There will be a calling hour on Monday March 1st, from 11am to noon at  the French, Gifford, Preiter and Blasl funeral home.
