Barbara J. Wilson passed away September 7, 2020 at her home surrounded by family. She was born April 24, 1934 in Huntington, Long Island and was the daughter of the late Herman and Gladys Valentine Coles. She later moved to Columbia County in 1946. Meeting her husband Leonard in 1952 and marrying in March of 1955. She worked as a nurses aide at Chatham Hospital, Reilly's as a seamstress, GE as an electronics assembler and would later drive bus for Chatham CSD for 20 years retiring in 1992. She enjoyed crafts, reading, stock car races and camping. She loved her time with her husband and family. Barbara is survived by her children, Leonard Wilson Jr., and Terry Wilson. Her grandchildren, Jason McKibbin, Ken Curik, Joshua yler Laguesse, Robert Austin Jr. and her great grandchildren, Kelsie and Haley McKibbin. She was predeceased by her husband Leonard and her daughters Diane George and Roxanne McKibbin. Memorials in Barbara's name may be made to Columbia/Greene Humane Society.
