Claudia M. Kuzmiak

Claudia M. Kuzmiak of Chatham passed away surrounded by her family on August 16, 2024. Born March 7, 1943 in DeRuyter, NY she was the daughter of the late James and Martha Hinds (Flaig).

She is survived by her son, Kevin (Michele) Zelno of Valatie, daughters, Kathy Ward of Lebanon Tn. and Beth (David) Walsh of Walden, her sister Susan (Joe) Attendorn of Chatham, her grandson Connor Walsh of Walden and her long time friend Robert Overly of Lebanon, NY.

She was predeceased by her sisters Patricia Flaig, Chris Benton and Brother Michael L. Flaig.

Claudia was an active member of her church where she taught Sunday School and participated in the church choir. She had a 38 year career working for Berkshire Farm. She had an interest in family genealogy and loved listening to her grandson play the piano.

Family will receive friends at the French, Gifford, Preiter & Blasl Funeral Home, Chatham, on August 21st from 5 to 6:30 when a religious service will be conducted.
