Concettina Catapano, age 90, passed into eternal life on her birthday, 11/18/10.   She had resided at Barton Hall, Taconic DDSO, 26 Center Circle, Wassiac, N.Y. (formerly Wassaic State School) since November 1931.   Concettina, known as "Concetta", was born 11/18/20  to parents Sam and Louise DeLucio Catapano in Queens, N.Y. She was the oldest of seven children.   While living at Taconic, Concetta was surrounded in friendship by her peers. She most enjoyed easy listening music, outdoor activities in warm weather, and attending religious services. Concetta enjoyed years of companionship provided by familiar staff and agemate friends.    Surviving relatives include her sister, Mrs. Vivian Pedulla of Floral Park, N.Y., and a niece, Ms. Lucy Pedulla, of Whitestone, N.Y.      Arrangements have been entrusted to the French, Gifford, Preiter & Blasl Funeral Home, Chatham, N.Y. There will be a chapel service at 10:00a.m. Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at St. John's Cemetary, Woodhaven, N.Y., where interment will follow in the family plot.
