Diane Lee Brauch of Cohoes passed October 25, 2016 at Albany Memorial Hospital. Born June 2, 1955 she was the daughter of the late Frederick A. and Marion M. Brauch. Diane attended Syracuse University graduating with a BA in Psychology and Education. She would further her studies at Syracuse University and become a certified legal assistant. Her interest in the law led her study at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. She worked as a law clerk for Reeves & Fried thru 1989 and then worked for NYS Office of the Attorney General from 1989 to 1999 as a Civil Prosecution Specialist. Diane studied the Computer Information System Program at Hudson Valley Community College while working for the Attorney General's office. Upon completion of her studies she went to work for NYS Department of Transportation as an Information Technology Specialist 2. She loved to travel and as a young lady had backpacked through Europe. She enjoyed the simple wonders of nature. Her later years were shared with her love Bob. In lieu of flowers contributions in Diane's name to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
