Eileen M. Litke, 83 years of age, died peacefully on August 20th 2015surrounded by her loved ones. Eileen was born on November 29, 1931.Eileen was one of 15 children! Shemarried Arthur J. Litke in 1948 and had four children. Eileen was a Chef for The Office Of The Aging providing proper nutrition to senior citizens in her community in Cornwall and Acra New York for many years. After she retired as a Chef in Acra she became a Meal Site Manager for The Catskill Nutrition Site. She also worked with foster children for a short while before finally retiring. Eileen loved many different types of music. She enjoyed playing the pianoand the organ. As a child she learned to play by ear. She also enjoyed singing karaoke. Her music collection was full of country music especiallyGeorge Jones and Johnny Cash. She is survived by her daughter Darleen, her son and daughter in law Kevinand Ann Litke and her daughter and son in law Jeanine and Steve Guardino,grandchildren: Joseph Gerbino, Mark Gerbino and Tracey Gerbino, Dawn Litke,Eric, Faith and Robert Everett and Kaitlyn and Steven Guardino, great grandchildren: Toni, Vinny and Andrea.
