Eleanor Kucharczyk of Chatham passed away November 4, 2014 at Pine Haven Nursing Home. Born February 17, 1929 in NYC, she was the daughter of the late Adam and Maria Czarnecki Kucharczyk. Eleanor grew up and was educated in New York City. In 1970 she moved to Chatham. She had worked as a waitress and later worked at Berkshire Farm in the food service area. She was a private lady who enjoyed cooking. Eleanor is survived by her sister, Blanche Walla, brother, Thadeus Kucharczyk, nephew, Philip Deck and great nephew Christopher Deck. She was predeceased by her sister Adamina E Deck and niece Adamina C Deck. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, November 8th at 10am in St. James Church, Chatham.
