Elfrieda Anne Weber died peacefully at home on August 28, 2013. Born Elfrieda Anne Scarborough on August 5, 1917 in Columbia, SC she met and married Robert Weber in 1940. He predeceased her in 2011, at which time they had been married for seventy years. Elfrieda is survived by her son Robert Weber, Jr. and his wife Wende Garton; her daughter Dianne Spoto, her husband Frank and their children Jon and Elisabeth Spoto; and by her daughter Carol Anne Weber and her children Kimberly Meizinger and Dawn Carney. Elfrieda had one great-grandchild, Mikaila Rain Carney. She is survived also by her brother Arthur Scarborough of Merrimack, New Hampshire. A memorial service for both Robert and Elfrieda Weber will be held on Sunday, October 27th at Our Savior Church, New Lebanon, at 2pm.
