Irene E. Tuczinski, 99, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2007 at Pine Haven surrounded by her daughter and daughter-in-law. Irene was born in Chatham, N.Y. on June 29, 1907 and was the daughter of the late John and Margaret Kearney Ryan.  She was a communicant of Saint James Roman Catholic Church and provided loving support to her family all her life. She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Martin J. Tuczinski Sr., her son, Martin J. Tuczinski Jr., a sister, Loretta C. Ryan and a brother, Loyola Ryan. Survivors include he loving daughter and son-in-law Lorene and Lee Bowes, devoted daughter-in-law; Carol Tuczinski, she was the cherished "Nana" to Daniel (Casey) Tuczinski, Deborah (Carl) Campbell, Dale Tuczinski, Kevin (Shelly) Bowes and Sharon (Rick) Martin, and she was "Big Nana" to 14 great grandchildren.  Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Wednesday January 24th. from 6 to 8pm at French, Gifford, Preiter and Blasl Funeral Home 25 Railroad Avenue, Chatham, New York, and a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated by Father Gary Gelfenbien on Thursday at Saint James Roman Catholic Church, Chatham, at 9am.
