Jack Simon died December 5, 2009 at the Sharon Hospital, Sharon, CT.
He was born in New York City on January 24, 1915. Jack spent a lot of his later life in Dover Plains and will be missed by his may friends.
There will be a graveside service Monday, December 7, 2009 at Mt. Richmond Cemetery, Staten Island, New York
