Louis A. Kolonics

Louis A. Kolonics passed away October 4, 2023 at BMC.

Born June 5, 1964 he was the son of Louis and Rosalie Zuccaro Kolonics, who survive.

Louis grew up in Richmond Hill, Queens and moved to Canaan, NY in the 70s, graduating from New Lebanon High School.

He would graduate from the Culinary Institute of America and intern in Manhattan at the Parker Meridian and Regines. Louis would leave the restaurant industry to open his own residential painting business.

He loved hunting, fishing and was a great Giants Fan. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Knights of Columbus.

Louis is survived by his daughter Jasmine, son Louis, grandchildren, Lilyann and Louis, brother Stephen, sister Rosalie Cervini, niece Hailey Cervini, and nephew Evan Kolonics.

A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday October 11, 2023 at 10am at the Immaculate Conception Church in New Lebanon.
