Margaret Moore Maunu, "Peggy Moore", 52 of Austerlitz, NY passed away from natural causes April 9, 2007 while traveling with her daughter, Whitney, in London.  Peggy was a teacher at Castleton Elementary School where she had been for the past 30 years.  She was a producer and stage manager for numerous community and school theatre productions.  She served on the board of Columbia County Hearth, was a volunteer at the Berkshire Museum, and was an avid traveler who loved the outdoors. She is survived by her two beloved daughters Chelsea-Lynn Maunu and Whitney-Rose Maunu, her brother Richard Moore, her husbandJarno Maunu and her father Frederick Moore. A short service will be held Friday April 20 at 7pm at the French, Gifford, Preiter and Blasl Funeral Home, 25 Railroad Avenue, Chatham, NY.  Calling hours will be held beforehand from 3 to 7 pm.
