Margaret Petersen 101 years old, of East Chatham died Saturday December 16th at the Springside of Pittsfield Nursing Home.  Margaret was born March 25, 1905 in New York City.  She had worked as a secretary for U.S. Steel. She was predeceased by her husband Andrew F. in 1990 and is survived by her nephew Arnold H. Jennings Jr.A graveside service took place on Tuesday December 19th. at the Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale New York where she was laid to rest next to her husband. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to The French, Gifford, Preiter & Blasl Funeral Home, Chatham.
