GEYER, Marjorie – Chatham – Marjorie "Marge" Geyer, 86, Born in Plattsburgh, NY, daughter of the late Claude and Dorothy Stephens, wife of the late Charles R. Geyer, Sr., sister of the late Eileen Comerford. Beloved mother of Barbara (Brad) Stewart, Joan (Patrick) Clifford, Nancy (Charles) Benansky, Charles (Enid) Geyer, and Stephen (Denise) Geyer and grandmother of Deborah (Dana) Barnum, Sheila (Jeff) Sampaga, John (Gail) Steihle, Timothy (Amy) Clifford, Todd (Wendy) Clifford, Chad (Pia) Benansky, Brett Benansky, Heath Benansky, Jessica Geyer, and Adam Geyer; also survived by nine great grandchildren and one great great grandson.               Mrs. Geyer was a graduate of Plattsburgh High School and was a communicant of St. James Parish in Chatham, NY. She was a long time resident of Columbia County, living for many years in Copake and Chatham. She retired in 1985 to enjoy traveling, her family, and her many friends.   Family will receive friends at the French, Gifford, Preiter & Blasl Funeral Home Tuesday 6 to 8 pm Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Gary Gelfenbien at Saint James Church Wednesday at 9:30 am. Interment will follow at Old Saint Bridget's Cemetery, Copake Falls, NY.
