February 19, 1964 — May 2, 2025
Michael A. Salvatore of Valatie passed away May 2, 2025 at Albany Medical Center. Born February 19, 1964 in Hudson NY the son of the late Joseph Salvatore Sr. and Delores (Mataska) Shook.
He was a graduate of Faith Christian Academy Graduate 1981, joining Hudson Fire Department for 18 years. Mike enjoyed wood crafts and serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Our Community Cares, Inc.
He is survived by his wife Lori Weaver, sister, Eileen Salvatore (Michael Cross), daughters Melissa Edwards (Ryan Edwards), Ashley Salvatore-Hingle (Stacy Hingle), Claudia Salvatore-Kleine (Dale Kleine Jr.), grandsons Tyler Edwards, Anthony Edwards, James Hingle, Ryan Edwards Jr., Several Nieces and nephews, cousins, other family members and close friends.
Family will receive friends at the French, Gifford, Preiter & Blasl Funeral Home, Chatham, NY on Saturday May 10th from 11am to 1pm.
