Patricia A. (Kerner) Nieto passed away at home on April 13,2018. Born September 20, 1954 in Daytona Beach, Florida, she was the daughter of the late George and Nancy Welch Kerner.
Pat was a stay at home mom and it brought her great joy being there for her daughter, Jenny while she was growing up. She loved cooking and baking. Pat was a Brownie Leader in Ghent and was the first female driver at the Columbia County Fair Demolition Derby.
Pat is survived by her husband Richard, daughter, Jennifer (Rich Bonsall) Nieto, her siblings, George (Gail) Kerner, Donna Kerner Mosley, Christopher (Melinda) Kerner, and Michael (Wendy) Kerner, father-in-law Walter (Kathy) Nieto, in-laws, Barry (Karen), Steven (Jan), Kenneth (Bess), and Cynthia Butler, her many nieces, nephews, grand niece and grand nephews who always brought a smile to her face. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was predeceased by her mother-in-law Margaret Nieto and her son Jeremy David.
Pat's lifelong wish was to donate her body to the Albany Medical College. Her services will be at a later date.
