Peter James Maguire Jr. formerly of Hudson, NY passed away April 9, 2010 at the Whittier Nursing Home IN Ghent, NY. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey he was the son of the late Peter James Sr. and Genevieve Durand Maguire. Peter attended and graduated from the Tottenville High School in Staten Island, New York. He served in the US Navy from 1973 through 1975 and was honorably discharged. Peter  worked  at Marsh'e Department Store in Hudson before he became ill. He is survived by his sisters; Janet Kibrick of Palm Coast, Florida, Arlene MAcierowski of Mendham, New Jersey and Sharon Maguire of Kingston, New York and many nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial service at a later date and the burial will be private.   The family would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at the Whittier Nursing Home for their dedication to their brother.
