Allen, Phillip died on Feb. 2nd. He was born July 4, 1966 in Kingston, Jamaica. and came to America in the eighties with his father Locksley. He moved from N.Y.C. to Dutchess Count where he resided for four years. Phillip then moved to Ulster County and had been a long time resident at the Gordon Family Care home in Ellenville. .  Phillip worked at UGARC Pilot Industries where he had many friends. In addition to his father Phillip is survived by his brothers Donnavon and Christopher Allen of NYC a brother Dave in Jamaica, two sisters, Theresa and Kavi Allen of NYC and a sister June of Jamaica. There will be a religious service at the Taconic DDSO Chapel, Wassaic, NY,  Monday the 8th at 11am. Arrangements have been entrusted to the French, Gifford, Preiter & Blasl Funeral Home, Chatham, NY.
