Rosalie Laspada 95 of Chatham, NY passed away peacefully at home on Feb. 8, 2015. Born July 4,1919 in Manhattan, NY daughter of the daughter of the late Salvatore & Giovanna Ferdico. She was a seamstress and homemaker. Rosalie joins the love of her life Frank Laspada, whom she was married to for 75 years. She was a loving wife, mother grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her four children, Sarah (Steve) Sorros of Spencertown NY, Anthony (Carol) Laspada of Seal Beach Ca, Giovanna JoAnn Laspada of Ghent, NY, Salvatore (Barbara) Laspada of Chatham, NY. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, Frank Sorros, Steven (Diane) Sorros, Chris (Karen) Sorros, Monica (John) Laspada, Dino (Kim) Laspada, Peter (Kristen) Schiffer, Jodi (Scott) Salvatore, Maryann Laspada, Christina (Chris) Rundell, Kathleen Laspada. She is also survived by her treasures 12 great grandchildren and one on the way Nicholas, Katherine, Christopher, Giovanna, Jacob, Anthony, Tristan, Sean, Anna, Amber, Sianna, Samantha and one on the way. She was greatly loved and will be missed. Calling hours will be Friday February 13th. at the French Gifford, Preiter & Blasl Funeral Home from 7 to 9pm.
