Steven DeVane Martin, age 60, of Chatham, NY passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016 surrounded by his loving family after a long struggle with cancer. Steven loved the outdoors and was an avid Hunter, Fisherman and trapper. He was a die hard Harley Davidson man. Steven was a finish carpenter proficient in building and furniture making. He also carved, drew , painted and was an all-around handyman. Steven is survived by his parents, Edwin and Marilyn Martin, his ex-wife Paula Martin, sons, Christian DeVane, Aaron Anthony and Harrison Edwin Martin, his siblings, Edwin Martin, Cherylee Endryck, Paul Martin, and Adam Martin, he is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and great nieces and nephews. Steven was predeceased two years ago by his brother Kevin. Family will receive friends at the French, Gifford, Preiter & Blasl Funeral Home, Chatham, on Monday April 25th from 4 to 7pm.
