Obituary

Bulick, William F., 82 longtime friend and respected member of the Old Chatham community, passed away peacefully at Albany Medical Center, surrounded by family and loved ones on October 2, 2013.  Bill graduated from Bucknell University, a member of the Lambda Chi Fraternity. Bill chose not to attend law school, but instead proudly served his country in the Korean War and was discharged as a decorated Marine Corp 1st Lieutenant.  Following a successful career in corporate consulting, Bill spent retirement serving the Chatham Town Planning board and as a Trustee of the Riders Mills Historical Association. He loved reading, studying history, sharing daily coffee and debating current affairs with dear friends at the Old Chatham Country store. He also spent time drawing caricatures of his friends and family. He is survived by his wife Jean of 39 years, his children Karen (Christian) Perry, Sue (Marty) Reynolds, William (Maryann) Bulick and Jeff (Dee) Bulick. Grandchildren Connor and Brian Reynolds, Jeffrey and Gregory Bulick, Mia Harper Perry and sister Jean Armstrong, 2 nieces and1 nephew, as well as his loyal lab Tucker. He will be greatly missed.
